Hi, I’m YOUR COACH TRISH
I’m a mindset and wellness coach who resides in the wonderfully chaotic city that is New York. I help everyday people who are sick and tired of their money habits shift how they use money in their lives.
I can relate to my clients and that is what makes this work mean so much to me. At one point in my life I had poor credit, six figures of student loan debt, no retirement savings, no money saved in the bank, bills in collections and very little hope that things would get better. In the past few years, I’ve changed my financial situation around. My credit increased by 280+ points, I no longer have credit card debt, no debt collectors calling, I saved up to start my own business and more. This is more than just a job to me, this is a purpose and a calling. I am excited and honored to be walking alongside you!
Credentials :
I have almost 17 years of experience in the social services field working directly with people from various ages, backgrounds and cultures.

In addition, I also hold the following certifications:

I am an Accredited Triple P Practitioner who can work with parents who have children experiencing behavioral concerns in the home.
I am a certified Parenting Journey group facilitator who teaches parenting classes to parents with children 0-17 yrs old.
I am a certified Resource Parent Curriculum Facilitator that teaches trauma workshops and classes for Adoptive Parents, Foster Parents and Kinship Caregivers.
I am a certified Seeking Safety Group Instructor for people in recovery from substance use with at least one co-occurring mental health diagnosis.
I am certified by the Department of Health to do HIV testing and assist newly diagnosed people as they figure out next steps.
I am certified by the Department of Health to train professionals and community members on how to administer Naloxone (aka NARCAN) during an Opioid Overdose.
Needless to say, I am a wealth of knowledge and can help you as you overcome your mental roadblocks and mindset.
Oh and I also host a self care podcast, ‘I Can Faith That’, in my spare time as well. Does that also count as a credential? Ha!
My Approach
It begins with actually making the decision to change. The rest we can work on together. I am here to help people who want to help themselves. Maybe you’ve always wanted to start a business and want to save up to quit your job. Maybe you want to become debt free so that you can go on more trips with your children. Or maybe you just want to be able to enjoy your lattes in peace without feeling guilty about it. Whatever it is, the story that you tell yourself about money makes all the difference.
Dream it
The biggest mistake I made when I was at my lowest financially was not dreaming big enough. The moment I started dreaming bigger and actually believing in those dreams, I started exploring and discovering how I could possibly make those dreams come true.
Build it
Once you start dreaming big, it’s time to begin the work to make those dreams come true. Is it possible to develop a healthier relationship with money? Yes! Will it be easy? Absolutely not! With the journal prompts, discussions, pdfs, tools, worksheets and videos I’ll provide, you’ll be one step closer.
